This illustration was created as part of the Inktober 2021 challenge. Every day of October I was given a keyword, which would serve as inspiration for a drawing. The tag for this piece was Sprout, which inspired me to create this piece.
I am fascinated and in awe of the forces of nature. Sometimes it creates life, sometimes it destroys it. My opinion is that in this grand play, humans are playing a supporting role, even though we tend to think otherwise. I’ve tried to capture this sentiment here. We better learn how to live in harmony with nature before she eats us up.
